The bag was nice but the purse strap was way too long and couldnβt be adjusted short enough for me. I returned it and ended only getting about $20 back after paying for shipping and fees. I wonβt order from Jen&Co again because if I donβt like the product, it doesnβt make sense to risk only getting half your money back. I saw there was a restocking fee but didnβt realize I would have to pay that much in shipping so buying online from Jen&Co again doesnβt make sense to me.
